They let you take what you learn in class right away to the dance floor. The practice session is included in the price of your lesson.
LEAR TO BALLROOM DANCE WITH OUR SAMPLER PROGRAMS
Each program rotates through six popular Ballroom styles designed to give you a feel and flavor of the style. Then you can choose which dance styles you want to focus on through private and group instruction.

Specific rules for ballroom dancing were formulated for the first time in the late seventeenth century when Louis XIV founded the Académie Royale de Musique et de Danse. Five definitive dance positions for the feet were specified. These five positions still form the basis of ballet today.
Ballroom dancing is good for cardiovascular health, it builds muscle tone and is great for your joints and spinal column. It also builds confidence and can help reduce stress.
